It routes orders and keeps track of information to allow reporting on trades. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

• Transmit viruses or malicious code

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traydar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.
